Room for rent

Postby Snoozin » Wed May 24, 2006 12:26 pm

Hey all,

As some might know, I recently purchased a house. So now I'm looking for someone to rent one of the available rooms.

Basically it's a nice 3bdrm home, I only want one other flattie, so I can keep a spare room for other bits and bobs.Gas hot water and heating, the bathroom has been recently done up too.

Most furnishings are supplied - TV VCR DVD fridge washing machine etc. it's a case of moving your stuff into your room and off we go.

Planning on having broadband, so will be running LAN cable or buying a wireless router/modem.

The biggie - the garage. You will have a garage space that's shared with an Alfasud and a KP61 plus the garage also has a pit in it (to be refurbed but that's my first priority!). Also OSP for an extra vehicle too.

So yeah, I havent settled on a rent price yet, but I'm thinking in the region of $90-$100pw bearing in mind it's a nice place, with a great garage, not something you'll find in any other 2bdrm renting situations.

Ideally I'd like to live with someone fully employed, will also consider a couple (albeit at a higher price probably but still less than individual) or also responsible students.

PM, reply here, or call/txt on 021 041 0507 if you're at all interested.

Thanks,

Richard
