5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

The room for rent is reasonably sized (can fit a queen sized bed as seen in pic), has a walk in wardrobe with built in drawers and mirror. The flat has a pool table, bar, sky TV, broadband internet, swimming pool and new kitchen. The rent is $60 per week plus $25 expenses which includes internet, sky, some food (pasta rice etc.), power and phone. Smoking is ok but outside only. Current flatmates are all non smokers. Have one cat, no more pets thanks
