Hey guys

On June 11 and 12, the Manawatu Smallbore Rifle Association is folding its annual business house / social shooting competition.

It's only $18 for teams of three and there are three categories:

A) OPEN TEAM - May Include one Present or Past Shooter of a Rifle Club

B) WOMENS TEAM -No Present or Past Lady Shooter of a Rifle Club

C) NOVICE TEAM- No Present or Past Shooter of a Rifle Club

If you're like more info or to enter a team, just PM me or email (to_shaz@hotmail.com) and I'll flick you an entry form.

Whats considered smallbore? I'm guessing .308 is a bit big? :lol:

Hey, there will be heaps of club rifles available and I doubt they'll let anyone bring their own, even if it is a proper target rifle.

Oh c rap the missus has jst reminded me we fly out to auckland to catch a flight to rarotonga on the 12th. Was supposed to be the morning of the 13th but our flights got changed around last minute to avoid the possible early morning fog. :oops:

Commencing approx 6-30 pm
You will be advised of your teams “reporting in” time(s) after the close of entries
TEAMS OF 3 PEOPLE
NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF TEAMS

FOOD AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WIIL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE RANGE
PRIZES will be presented to the winners of the following 3 categories:
CATEGORY A) OPEN TEAM - May Include one Present or Past Shooter of a Rifle Club
B) WOMENS TEAM -No Present or Past Lady Shooter of a Rifle Club
C) NOVICE TEAM- No Present or Past Shooter of a Rifle Club
A PERSON MAY SHOOT FOR MORE THAN ONE TEAM BUT NO TEAM MAY ENTER MORE THAN ONCE
A PRIZE WILL BE PRESENTED FOR THE MOST ORGINAL TEAM NAME
THE TRIERS TROPHY WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE TEAM WITH THE LOWEST SCORE.
Presentation of prizes will be held on the 12th June at the conclusion of shooting
Please have all entry forms to the organiser by 6th June 2008
