If you want to go to Marton from Feilding, you go that way. Its signposted Halcombe, comes out on the main highway just after the Camp Rangitikei turnoff. Fantastic seal, with some really neat cambered corners.
Oh and Mike, your car sounds nothing like a turbo, more like a Honda with a whistly exhaust.

Nah, that road is a bit out of the way.

I do have some kind of plan though....leave Coronation, go along Tremaine up to Stoney Creek road. Go via Bunnythorpe and head through Feilding, point and laugh at the hillbillies, then cruise out via Halcombe, along the main highway and turn off at the Vinegar hill turn off, cruise up there and find a BBQ spot, then head back towards Palmy from there.
Some good scenic roads, and makes for a decent length cruise too.

Was just thinking does anybody have any radios? i have a pair of those uniden ones, so i will have one spare but if anybody else has some we may have enough to have one per car :?:

I have some that wont work with yours but can possibly borrow a couple of a mates motorolla's that will work with them as far as I know.

I only work for repco, come on i cant afford to buy good radios when cheap ones work fine :P

Its getting a bit close to my cut off so the earlier we leave the better, im getting up pretty early to run these days, and dont really wanna take a break from it... its hard enough to get going as it is:D
