Rental Properties

Postby Elmendorf » Sat Feb 11, 2006 8:27 pm

Ok, worst case scenario we are going to have to rent a place until we find something we want to buy.

I would prefer not to go through an agent as they charge an arm, leg and start heading for the torso :)

Anyone have any contacts or can help me out with rentals :?:

Need to be cat friendly.

Thanks

yuh agents burn

just grab a paper, the saturday ones have shitloads, so if you can still get ahold of one of them.....

also if you rock around the student flattish type areas they often have signs in the window at the moment. might not be too flash but it'll keep a roof over you til you get somehting else

Thanks. I couldnt get a saturday paper but did manage to suss out a couple of agents, which all else fails we will have to go thru.

Sorry been up once this week and it cost me just on $50 for gas so cant justify spending another $50 this week.

Might head up closer to the time of the move tho 8)

I know Vic have an accomodation site, you could take a look at the Massey website and see if they have a similar thing?

Thanks but I'd rather keep away from student accommodation as I have 2 cats and 2 1/2 cars so really need something with one garage minimum
