Looking For Flatmates...

Hey Peoples,

I'm in the process of either moving out of my flat, or finding replacement flatmates for the two that are leaving.

There are two rooms available, one single room with built in wardrobe and one double room with built in double wardrobe.

House is situated in a quiet street just off JFK drive.

There is plenty of off street parking, as well as one garage space available to first in (Garage is a 1 1/2 car deep, two cars wide excellent for working on vehicles plenty of room for engine crane infront of car!). Parking around behind the house and parking on the front lawn as well.

Rent is $290 a week, and would be split up as $90 for myself, $125 for largest room (the double room with built in wardrobe) and $75 for the single room (You could fit a queen size bed in here, wouldn't have room for much else though.)
