just wanting to make this plate made up out of either 5mm alloy (preferably) or mild steel if its a lot cheaper...


really all that i want to cut accurately is the 50mm holes for the ports. can do the others on the drill press, will just take a while. don't quite trust myself enough to do it free hand on the plasma.

more than willing to pay in cash/beers/favours. catch 22 is i would love to have it done by this weekend as i have a trackday on sat i would dearly like to have trumpets for!!

Yep, I know a company with a CNC profile cutter (Plasma) that will do it for beer. PM me and I'll give you the details.

Awesome guys there. Got a 12mm thick, 300mm dia plate with 30mm hole and was only $60. Could email them the drawing and get a quote?

Your other option is Mike Christie sheet metals in Palmy - they do waterjet CNC
