Wheel Alignment Places

Postby nz_climber » Fri Jan 11, 2013 11:36 pm

Hey all

Just looking for recommendations for a place to do a wheel alignment and a corner weighting on my Lotus 7 replica. Palmy or Feilding

Want somewhere that is good, and doesn't have a problem with unusual cars, and deals with race cars etc so knows a bit about set up (car is used on road and track, and I only have a rough idea what the settings should be)

Would actually prefer to the adjustments myself in the corner of the work shop / car park as some of them are a bit fiddly to get to and its all pretty tight for space.. (no room for muppets with rattle guns!)

Let me know

Cheers

Mag & Turbo Palmerston North. They do the majority of the racecars in the Manawatu, and all three guys who work there are active racers at Manfeild.

Craig owns the place, Nick is the best at wheel alignments. Give them a call on 3566006.

Interested in this thread! Used to take mine to Dave at TSV Suspensions (used to do alignments and suspension setups for race Porsches and a lot of other stuff like that), but he's now left that business to work somewhere else.

Mag & Turbo sounds like it'll be my new wheel alignment place so far...
Cheers,
Brandon

+1 for magnturbo! one of the guys old man's has a lotus 7 so i'm sure they will be able to offer some extra advice to how to get it going mint!

nicks wheel alignments are 100x better than dave's were at tsv... just tell him what you want the car to feel/handle like and he will sort it!
