Gonna be in this place by myself in a couple of weeks so needing to sort something out pretty soon. 3 bedroom place on Greenock Street (comes off the north end of Kaikorai Valley Road). With 2 of us here it was costing $160pw each to cover rent, food, phone, power, internet. Pretty much everything

If anyone is keen or knows of someone who isn't completely odd then give me a yell. I'm normal enough (depending who you ask), pretty quiet and working most of the time.

I think my brother is/will be looking for a flatmate soon (one that actually pays the bills...), he lives overlooking a beach in the city. Would prefer someone who doesn't invite everyone over for parties etc and a trustworthy person too. No garaging, but plenty of off street parking.

Just incase any one is looking for a house to rent, my pairents reantel house in musselbrough rise, just up from bayfeild school is going to be avaliable. Nice house, 3 bedroom, new carpet just laid. On street parking only is the only down side.
