Ive been inquiring on the chch forums about the track days and how to join
Our best bet is get race licenses ($60) join the OSCC ($60) ish and join in on club days held every month or two at Chch, timaru or invercargill!

Your car only needs a fire extinguisher and reg and wof. You only need a license, helmet and a heavy foot!!!!

But shit i gotta get my car up and running with an engine better that the 3AU
Oh no

I'll be joining the OSCC soon, but want to get the car running properly (and road legal) first. Got the new gearbox in a couple of weeks ago, now have to do the brakes, tyres etc.

brakes, tyres... priorities man... get yourself some racing stripes, a GT wing, and a Vtec/Type R sticker.

dont put down the GT wing's,
a good wing can do wonders at times.

wikid bro, churrrr.

and Matt... yeah I know a wing can do wonders, but most of them make me wonder why they did it at all on cars that'll most likely never visit the track.

Shawn, i thought you stated your brother was a member of OSCC??
if so, he would have advised you, once you are a member of a MSNZ affiliated club, you pay a minimum of $55 for legal skid Privilages.

get hold of:
Mike Hosken (OSCC)
Myself/Matt Dunn (SCCC)
or get contacts for Ashbuton,RATEC, Autosport, CCC etc.
I've been a bad bad boy. I should read the rules and behave before I get spanked by an admin

f#@k you i won't do what ya tell me
