Waay off topic... "BLOUAY"

Dunno about you guys, but whenever I see that Evo driving around, all I think is that they are offering to "Blow you, aye"... not the "Blow you away" which I assume they wanted to say.

Tell him that I know of a guy or two that would like to take him up on his "offer"... they'll meet him at a public toilet, and be very discrete.

Was it one that was already from Dunedin... or do we now have two ~600HP Evos in town?

One of the Red tommi Makinin(spelling aside) ones is ~600HP, has been for some time, crazy scary fast.

aron has got rid of the evo 5 (red) taken off the hks manifold and few other goodies that it had on it and now is putting those onto the 7

also has new cams and larger injectors / fuel pump and new ecu going into the 7 and is looking into wat turbo it will be runing, so it will be a very rapid car shortly

the red evo he imported from china where it had a 10.2sec 1/4 to its name, he run it a nats in chch and did 13.0? sec on 12psi - ( hks built block, manifold, and turb from memory ) was dnyoed in Chch at 230ish KW on mild tuning . but this is now no longer in town or at least is no longer his... as he liked the looks of the 7 more than the 5 . So now his show car 7 is going to become a go car

regardless of the plate the car is the shizzle... RCERKT maybe better suited but each to there own

??? not sure i had the impression he got himself, i deal with him a bit through work, took him for a skid in the wagon around the wharf the other day for a giggle  either way owna 7 and 5 at same time he doing ok. no biggie where it came from tho.

aron is going to do a custom kit front and rear for me for the caldina ( as he fibre glass boat builder by trade ) and he has also currently or has now finished installing a car painting booth at his work . so the wagon will be a little different next year all things going to plan.

wagon still going toyota tuff . looking into the brakes at the mo as i not liking the stoping power of the whale . got a whole 115km on the engine now so it got heaps of life yet

shame about the starlie sounds like some hoods ripped out all the good shiet and abused your precious

what you doing for a crust now muz?? i still at impulse imports doing the furniture thing at the mo

catch up yo

peace

no that not his wrx, it a dude from designer joinery i thinks ( there work is right beside Aaron's ) he had the 2004/5 ? blue sti wrx which he traded with steake for the 7 last year

i have known him with white evo 6 which was worked hard , then he traded it in and got the wrx from indy cars in chch, traded the wrx + cash a couple of months later for the 7 , got the 5 after that and couldnt flick the 7 ( was at Midway on behalf and TradeMe ) so that is why he put the fast bits onto it and got rid of the 5.

Mayb a myth as to him blowing something ?? that engine was packed full of internal goodness

I have the feeling .... short term memory loss  Brent Wing may have brought the Evo 5 from Aaron as he does the tuning for him. cant be super sure on that tho
