Anyone going?
I'm quite keen, and will have 3 or 4 spare seats if anyone wants a ride (split gas etc).

Aside from that, I'd be keen on a road trip, I assume leaving thursday night, catching friday morning early ferry, and come back on the tuesday or something like that... havent actually looked at a calender.

hmmm, I wonder if it would be cheaper to take a trailer with my car, and load up the step throughs in picton than paying individually for each one?

Might give them a call.

it would be far more adventurous to befriend someone with a ute/truck/trailer to cart them, then pay as a walk on passenger. beer is a currency that can be used in many circumstances!!

i reckon the ride through Molesworth would be splendid at that time of year.................... as long as it dosn't coincide with Silver Fern entries coming the other way!!! make for some good spectating though, if it works out!!

it would appear that the Silver Fern 'could' be in the area on the Thursday prior to MM'08 (have e-mailed me old mate the rally manager for confirmation), with some skullduggery, i reckon we could smuggle the scooters across on the Friday in a service barge!!
