Where to get turbo re-conditioned?

Hey guys. i think the turbo in my GT4 is stuffed, either that or the VSV is playing up. i was wondering where i should go to get this checked out in dunedin??

there is nowhere in dunedin i would recommend. I had my rx7 turbo done in chch and he did a wicked job. some truck recon place cant remember the name. but hes a really oldschool dude and its like chch turbo recon or somethin? oh and most mechs should be able to diagnose so go see hrt at cookies. he is a very good mech and u can trust him
