Pinky finger hand gestures.

Was out with a few mates last night, cruising as they do, and when revving the snot out of their car from the lights, they got given a hand gesture I've never seen before.

Basically a fist in the air with the pink extended...

I assume that the ones giving the gesture suggesting that the driver has a pinky finger sized "unit", but figured I'd ask here as I'm getting a bit old to care let alone keep up with these things.
