There is a 1/4 mile sprint at Dukes Rd at Mosgiel on the 27th of Feburary

$40 entry fee, not sure about spectators and am awaiting an email about further conditions of entry.

One last thrash for the Runx Dave??

I am unsure about the date at the moment as it is listed as different dates depending on where you look. I have sent an e-mail to verify and am awaiting a reply.

You need a car with a warrant or a log book, Helmet and overalls plus you need to get scrutineered at 24 gow st on the tuesday night before at 6pm.

yeah thats the day it is on the OSCC site, buy yeah weird being a wednesday.

Oh & talking of motorsport, i saw the otherday in an ad for that wings & wheels thing out on the taieri that theres an autocross, does anyone else know anything about it? If its open entry i'd enter if it wasn't for my clutch.

Note we need more grasskanas too!

I was just going to suggest a toyspeed display in the wings and wheels but it appears that I won't be here, as it is my Mum's 60th down in invercargill and I kind of have to be there for that. Especially as we have organised her party for her, no planes and cars for me :evil:

Anyone else care to try and organise it, join in with SSE? you might get a couple of people interested in a general sea of apathy, but then they probably will cancel at the last minute anyway, but it might be worth a crack.

I dont think that would be a smart idea... doing one of the harshest types of racing to a car that you've probably just sold(exchanging bank account details today).

I would be keen if I wasn't selling it though
