Sick of buying those oil cooler relocation kits with no oil thermostat?
Here is our solution.
- Thermostat Opening Temp: 80C
- Ports: 2x 1/8" NPT holes for oil pressure and oil temp sensors
- 2x block adapters 3/4"-16 unf & M20x1.5 to suit popular models
- 30mm thick
- Billet 6061 CNC aluminium
- Oil out fittings -10AN
- Ideal for getting oil up to temp before it passes through the cooler
- Can be used with oil filter relocation adapters

How it works, I will try explain it simply.
- Oil from the engine going into the filter has 2 paths to go. 1. To the oil filter, 2. To the oil cooler.
- The oil will not pass through the cooler back to this block when the thermostat is cold (closed), the engine will keep pressure in the oil cooler and lines when the thermostat is closed and oil will pass through the filter as normal while the oil temp increases.
- Once the oil approaches 80C the thermostat will slowly open allowing a smooth transition where it will slowly open the other oil cooler port up to allow the cooled oil to flow back into the filter block which goes up into the oil filter.
- The other port which oil flows through when cold will slowly get blocked off as the thermostat approaches 80C
- So at all times there will be oil flowing to the engine.
