How much pad should be the min left befor i changed? as i have about 3mm on all 8 pads.

Start searching now. Work out what pads you want... find them at a good price and buy them. Then check you front pads every couple of weeks.
3mm might last 6 months of easy driving or 15 laps at the track (depending on the compound).
If you are comoing to Taupo on Queens Birtday have your new pads in for 2 or 3 weeks so they are bedded in when you get here.
