panel and paint is expensive, especially when rust needs to be dealt with.

get a few quotes before you commit to anything, but i would say at least $1500
probably looking at closer to $2000-$2500

thats why i gave a range of prices.
$1500 would be about what i would expect for a respray..
$2500 depending 0on rust, panel beating etc.

na i think deaf_rattle on the right track the rust isnt a major i dont think so quotes shouldnt be too bad just depends how much time or effort you have i spose for doing some of the rust work or other prep work to maybe lighten the quotes a little more, just look at gettin rust done soon, i threw away my quotes for the panel work on my white 85 but i can remember a few of the local places that wernt too bad so something to start with if no one on here wants the work. quite funny thou the amount of panel/paint places that quoted ridiculasly high when you were there but rang you later sayin "oh dont tell the boss ill do it for half the price as a homer" fair enough i spose as long as you dont get caught :?

make sure you steal the skirts of the fx before you sell it and before painting the AE, im gettin some skirts this weekend but be a while before i paint them,

shes finally back on the road drivin which is bloody brilliant, cept for the fact that it needs a new exhaust, and some new tyres, so that will be sorted very soon,

gotta do the run around get some quotes on the rust,

prob wait abit and get out of debt before the paint job is done.
