160hp at the flywheel stock, max of around 10psi with stock turbo and no intercooler, however ECU will support upto around 300hp happily with larger injectors
stock turbo sucks(or lack thereof!) and is inefficent even at stock levels, there are huge benifits to be had simply by replacing the stock turbo with something a little more efficent.
A s15 turbo at 7.5psi and a 2.5-3" exhuast will see you closely to around 200hp at the flywheel
