Some bastard knocked one of my side mirrors off but i can't seem to take out the screws with a screwdriver as it doesn't fit right i even tried a mini screwdriver and it doesn't work on the right angle.

What do i have to do to get these screws out?

this is for a 95 BZ-G i can get the far one out but two are still there and wont budge

Use a screw driver with a large tip and a long handle. With a longer handle on the driver you will get more leverage.

Keep in mind that if this does not work you should consider taking up weight lifting to build your punny muscles to that of a normal human being
