Depending on the complexity of the piping, you could try using straight pipe and rubber hose bends. You get the 90 degree bends from repco (they're designed for coolant and supposed to be tested to 15psi @ 100 degrees C) for about $15 each for 2 1/4 inch (biggest they sell), and then just by a metre length of stainless steel exhaust pipe. If you need less than a 90 degree bend then you can cut the rubber bend as needed. It's not perfect, and not as pretty as other methods, but it should work and is cheap. You may, however, want to get the ends of all the pipe you cut flared to help hold the hose on.
