anyone know how to change control arm bushes?

hello,

our undy 500 car needs its control arm bushes replaced to get its next warrant and i was wondering if it is an easy job to do and if anyone wanted to help out id be more than happy to let you . oh, btw its a gx61 toyota mk2 (1983)

any info would be appreciated.

It is a fairly simple job I use a small pulley puller thing to get them out them go to a shop to get them pressed back in, the only time consuming bit is getting the arm out
