Identify this 4age head

Thought it was small port, because of the single intake runners and no TVIS, mate thought it was big port because of the large looking ports. then i thought well was if off a 4a gizzy but it doesnt say supercharger on the rocker cover. so its small port right??

External oil drain means definatly small port. They are the only ones with it.
GZE or N/A?
Both the same apart from the tappet covers apparantly.
