No idle??????

I've just replaced my engine (1G-GTE) with a Gen 3 Manual engine and are still using the auto Gen 2 wiring loom and ecu. When i start the car it runs for a few seconds and then dies. You can keep the engine going by giving it some gas but as soon as you stop it dies. I think it may be not runnnig any idle bypass at all? Anyone got any ideas or had this problem before, would appreciate any help.

Have you adjusted the idle screw at all?
When I did my conversion I made a small adjustment to it. Also, my bov (external venting) was on a soft setting. It didnt prove an issue when auto, but once manual it caused the car to idle rough and stall.
Did you clean out the bi-pass hose at all?, mine was fully clogged up. Dunno if it will make a difference as I cleaned mine while the engine was out and in parts.

Yeah i have tried the idle control but it doesnt help. It is giving me error's 24 and 31. So im going from there.

Not to help you one bit, but do you have a copy of the error codes for the 1ggte?. I dont have any errors, but it would be handy to have a copy of the codes. I used to have a copy, but dont anymore
