ABS problem ? .......1996 Caldina 4wd non turbo... any idea

The Abs warning light has come on and wont go out ... the brakes are partially locked on ... as at low speed if you take it out of gear to roll along it will stop without braking ...

Any thoughts on this problem ?

It had a low speed frontal impact not long ago .. if thats relevant .

take it to a mechanic at a toyota dealership, or speak to someone who knows toyota...

if you had the damage fixed, then it wasnt fixed right..
