Where is the cheapest place to buy a timing light/gun? Don't like repco, so anywhere else? How much are they?

I saw kmart had them in bayfair... I exclaimed "whoa I am such a smalltown hillbilly!"

Yeah I've seen them at K-mart in auckland too. Try the T&E, or trademe?

dont be tight and buy a cheap one, unless you want to check your timing in the dark, because cheap ones have neon bulbs. TOO DIM! :evil:

buy a proper one with a XENON bulb.

I've used a cheap one and a more expensive one. the cheap one was completely useless. This light was dim and would stay on for so long you couldn't get the timing to within even 5 degrees.
buy or borrow a good one.
