4K Carb Changing

the accel cable should be on the other side of that pic, and that side looks like an auto choke system.. u sure it needs a choke cable? if so it should be on the same side as the acc linkage. what engine is that off? 1S? 3T?
not sure which spring is hanging loose..

did someone else remove the carb?

has someone removed the auto-choke and set p a manual one. the side facing in the picture looks like the mounting point for a choke cable.
