Strange Clicking / Clunking Noise when at idle

Hey all,

My Curren is starting to make me pissed off big time.

When the car is in nuetral, clutch out there is a strange clicking / clunking noise, but when the clutch is pushed in, it dissapears.

It is not the clutch thrush bearing, as it has a new clutch / bearings / pressure plate etc.

I think that it may be the main input shaft bearing, but can't be sure without ripping the POS apart.

Anything else you guys / girls could think that it could be?
