You got diagrams of the ecu pinouts and COR? post 'em and let us know what isn't connected... the colours of the wires and stuff.

yea there are 3 plugs in to the ecu all connected.

and 1 plug left over, not sure what its for, but could be for air cond etc as the wagon does not have that.

any ideas why the fuel pump has no power?

have got all info from club4ag and givin to mechanic.

The fuel pump shouldn't start until the engine is cranking - a safety feature built in. You should be able to bypass the relay etc in the diagnostic box. There is also a wire from the AFM that needs earthing and holds the fuel pump relay open once the AFM flap has opened. See how you go with that.
