VL RB30 commodore fuel pump?!

I have been told 2 different things by alot of people about these pumps, one lot of people telling me the vl commodore external non turbo and turbo pumps are the same and another lot telling me they are different. What is the story?! I don't know who to bileve.

I have also been told they can flow up to 400hp which ain't true as I may have proved on a previous dyno run. Yet it may be due to me running 20psi of boost which these fuel pumps might not like.

same as whats used on j jetronics systems

ya sure? Do they have the same part numbers? They may look they same but they may be different on the inside.........

most full bosh systems have the same fuel pump
its just the way bosh work

And yes they are also the same part number. I am running one with my 4AGE and although my engine doesnt require much it flows a hellava lot back down the return!

Anyone got some proven power figures from using these VL external fuel pumps? I'm interested in figures that are greater than 300 hp at the wheels.

I made 260hp at the rears and couldn't make any more due to suspect fuel shortage.
