Gearbox question

I came across a weird gearbox the other day in a TT141 Corona Wagon. It's behind a 2S engine, it's 5 speed RWD, but to select reverse you have to push the gear lever down, then move it across to the left and up. Does anyone know what series gearbox it is? Wxx? Txx? ?xx?
