Bald tyres grip the road better (slicks anyone?) until it gets wet, then it all turns to custard


get a set of import snow tires, and wear em right down... they stick sooo well!

did that with my charade... soft and sticky in the dry..... walk in the rain....

Forget about tyres...Jack up your car, spin the wheel and hold the spring. If you can feel a vibration through the spring then more than likely its your wheel bearing...Also shake your wheels side to side and top to bottom, that will show play in your bearing
