Exterior rubber trim removal.

Iam wondering whats the best method to remove all the rubber
trim around the doors, windows etc and get the car ready to be
painted? Do you just pull off the rubber bits and push them back on later?
Or should I just mask evertyhing off?

Also, does anyone know how to take off the side indicators and windshield washer nozzles?
