Whats the major benefits of these ???
Current Ride - 1993 GTS MR2 (K&n pod, HKS bov, Toms Kit)

depending on the thickness of the head gasket used, it will lower (thicker) or raise (thinner) the compression ratio of your engine

they are thinner than stock, increasing compression slightly.
made of metal so stronger

If you put one of these in your car i will bash you, and putting that bigger turbo on you dont want to raise compression

yeah if your raising boost etc itll be best to do some research before doing it

Maybe so, but an decrease in squish can reduce the potential for detonation by far more than the minor increase in compression would increase it. You shouldn't just look at higher compression as the sole factor in deciding the thickness of a head gasket.
