What you want is copper "bundy" tube.
3/8" will be plenty big enough and you should be able to get it at any engineering supplies shop or the likes of BNT etc.

And remember to use proper EFI rubber hose between the copper tube and other fittings, normal carb hose can swell and even burst after a while.

Ive always used copper, its softer thus easier to bend, and wont corrode.

fuel line

jsut go to repco and buy some flexible efi hose. just make sure the hose is attached to something every 10" and don't run it under chassis rails.
in my opinion, get alow preesure pump from the tank to the engine bay using the original fuel line the have a surge tank, then use the vl pump from the surge tank to the fuel rail, then fuel rail back to surge tank. that way you only presurizing a foot or so of fuel line and not 5 meters. use 1/2"(13mm) fuel line from surge to the pump and then 3/8(9mm)" from pump to rail and back to surge.

i used 3/8 bundy tube for mine, about $8 a metre i think. what causes the bunhdy tube to corrode? the fuel or just normal wear & tear?

EFI fuel hose is pretty expensive (about $30 - $40 a metre) and you can normally only by it either by the metre or more (ive had some places tell me i have to by it in about 15ft lenghts). ive only used about a metre of it on my whole car though, from the tank to the pump, pump to the bundy fuel line, then from the bundy line to the fuel filter, then filter to fuel rail.
if you know how much you need it could be cheaper to go to pick-a-part and pull some efi hose of one of the cars there, they only charged me about $2 for about 12" of it which is all i needed
