Built by toda, for the ae86

Toda wrote:TODA Racing offers competition fuel computers for the AE86 16 valve 4AG engine. The STII ECU is for use with TODA camshafts and pistons while the N1 ECU is designed for the Japanese N1 endurance race series which use stock camshafts. This is an brand new TODA ECU, we don't need your stock ECU for exchange. An optional remote ignition controller is available for an additional $150.

Better off getting a full aftermarket ecu like a link. Then it can be tunedfor his particular engine. Dont expect much change from $2000 for the ecu and tuning though.
Or he could get a piggyback controller like an apexi S-AFCII.

Just depends what mods hes done etc

ah i see, its actually for a guy in Germany that has picked up a stock AE86 dunno how they compare to our AE86's thou or if they are a but different like the aussie ones, as far as i know its got a 4age but dunno about driveline etc im still waiting for stats and pics.

whats the pros and cons from a link to using a piggy back apexi S-AFCII or similar ? just new ecu gives a lot more tunability and more options ?

how much the apexi S-AFCII's go for roughly ?
