It's not anything to actually worry about to be honest as there wont be enough surface rust to compromise the rotor.
If you are really worried (and your car is going to be sitting for years) you can buy a silicon spray to protect them HOWEVER you will need to clean them up thoroughly before you drive your car again, the silicon won’t promote effective braking and will be rather hazardous. I stored my race car for months on end without use and I never had a problem. So relax, have a coffee and get your baby back on the road
