It's Toyota's electronic suspension.
You can basically from inside the cabin adjust your suspension from 'Hard' to 'Soft' I think there might be a 'Normal' setting aswell but not 100% sure.
Nothing fancy really. I hated it in my Supra and most people I know just remove it...
