Wiring Question (4agte -link)

Couple of questions , at the moment i am puttin a 4agte in a corolla with a link computer and need to know a couple of wiring questions .....

Question 1 :The 4agze coil packs have 2 wires cuming off them 1 black and 1 black/orange , now which of these wires goes to 12v and which goes to the ignitor assembly ?

Question 2 : The crank angle sensor has 4 wires red , green , white and black , red goes to trigger 1 on the link wire , green and white go to trigger 2 on the link , where does the black wire go ? Does it go to earth or does it go to the second wire coming out of trigger 1 wire from the link ?
