my car had 500$ worth of damage done to it by a big polynesian boy gettin pushed into it, it only folded a little bit, its mostly just rolled in, so i was thinking id just take off that pannel and push it out somehow..
just checking that it doesnt have to b done by a registered person or n e thing..

If it is just a big round dent, and hasn't creased the panel as such, then usually a household plunger will pop it back out, seriously.

nah, still applies in a lot of circumstances - just coz you have a WOF wouldn't get you out of things that would get you ticketed such as a brake light out.

From what I've been told by those who assess them, its a visual inspection of the road worthiness of a vehicle.
Put basically, a visual check of how safe it is for the car to be on the road.
