whats this brand like? (lower spring)

this spring is call "Espelir"

never heard of the brand b4, but revhead swears by TRD in his Ae101

for the price though you are closer to s set of kings or jamex.
Although there are mixed responses on these, at least they are a know brand. Ive used both. imo kings had a nice drop, but were a little soft. Jamex in my experiences were fine.

Don't PM him though.

He works for a Toyota Dealership in Nelson (Bowater Toyota) and can get you a good price on TRD stuff.
