Boss kit question

I saw a topic a little while ago about people having trouble using a boss kit from ae101 levin in an ae86, same fit but indicators not switching off and horn not working.

Has anyone used an ae92 boss kit on an ae86?

The reason I ask is the boss kit I'm looking for is the same as ae86 (7711 or BKOT42) but its proving hard to find second hand. I suppose I shoud really just bite the bullet and buy a new one.

ye i would also like to know as i need one for my car, i heard that most ae86 ones have those problems and that it is because it is too short and only a few brand ones are the correct length or slightly longer anyway to not have those problems, check with rwd addick (reo from tama autos) cause i was talking to him about this last time i was there and he told me what brands or ones to look out for but i cant remember what he said now.

Just for other peoples info - yes it fits fine on my car at least, horn works and indicator flicks off.

So for a sportsline boss kit you can use ae92 boss kit for ae86 series cars.
