well i'm thinking of upgrading my diff in the od wagon. so i was just wondering what i could put in it?? also can the old rwd corona diff head fit on to the existing ke70

the head itself won't fit, but the whole diff might. you will need a different driveshaft flange, or AE70 driveshaft.

ae85/ae86 diffs fit straight in as far as i know...

i mean width-wise, they don't need shortening. you will obviously still need to change the mounts.
