4agze bigport/smallport head??

Hello, I have a ae92 gtz 4agze bigport engine. It is having a TD05h 16g snail pack put on it. Some people say to use a smallport head, would this develop more power? Is there a difference between the small port 4age and 4agze head besides the cams and would this fit on to my current block? From an earlier post it looks like it is also more desirable to run the bigport 4age camshafts aswell???

For turbo go bigport, and use bluetop cams.
thats what i had on my setup, seemed to work very nicely .
