Asking on behalf:

A guy at work is looking at a 1997 1.8 caldina cz auto.

Its done just under 100kms.

What sort of engine is in these?

What are the like for reliablilty compared to the 3sge in the 2.0?

Autos the same? As good?

Would he just be better finding a 2.0 one?

Im guessing the 2.0 prob wouldn't use much more gas due to the dinas weight?

It sounds nicely specd, they think it will sell for $5300 to $6000....

they reckon the 1.8 is 2 or 3 litres per k more efficient than the 2.0 (but the same loss in power is there also
