Im assuming you mean on the strut?...
do you mean you cant undo them or take them out. Not to offend, but both are pretty easy, are you sure you should be doing the suspension yourself.
anyway...
If you cant undo, either put an extension pipe onto your bar, or give then end a hit with a hammer.
to take them out just a bang with a soft hammer, or drive them out with a screwdriver even.

If its not the strut bolts then my appologies for questioning wether you should be doing it yourself.
Cant believe im still a member here.

You should have cracked the nuts while the suspention was still in the car, using the cars weight to hold everything from twisting.
But, the thing to do now would be to use spring compressers to take the tention off the top plate then hit the top nut with a rattle gun. (works 99% of the time) failing this take it into a workshop and ask them to take the nuts off, they will probably help you out for free.
when you install the new springs nip the top nut up, and then use the cars weight to hold everything, and then do it up real tight.
EASY AS

YES most definatly, otherwise the spring (depending on how much tention is on it) will fly along with anything in its path, and usually somebody gets hurt :(
If your not 100% confident in what your doing its probably best to get somebody who knows what they are doing to help.

I think hes talking about the two bolts holding the strut to the hub not the nut holding the top plate on??

Hmmm or maybe not? If its the top nut then compress the spring then doit
