How do you find that wing helps keeping the back under control?

congrats on the car, although Im sure its not to everyones taste youve done a good job & I can see a lot of effort has been put into it.
Really, a 4efte conversion would be the easiest thing to do for more drop in power. there was some useful discussion in your old post about what you could do:

If that does not sound appealing you could always just do some more basic exhaust etc mods and enjoy the car as is?
Cant believe im still a member here.

This man speaks the truth. With $2500, you won't have much change left over after a conversion to either turbo or supercharger. Might want to wait and save a bit more cash so you can do it properly, and have some change left over in case of unforseen costs. Nothing worse than getting your car back on the road, having something go wrong, and not having enough money left over to fix it.

With $2500 as your budget, I would suggest the most fun for your $'s would be:

TRD springs, KYB shocks, whiteline rear sway bar (PM Mr Revhead for prices). Then a really good set of tires, possibly matched up with a light second hand set of alloys.

That'll give you a car with fantastic handling, but won't hurt your fuel consumption - which is something to consider at $1.51 a litre for 91 octane.

Maybe get somebody in a car with a good aftermarket suspension set up to take you out for a spin, as the difference really has to be experienced.
