4age/ze timing belt drive gear removal?

Any one got any bright ideas on how tho remove this?

The engine is still in my aw11. I'm planing on replacing the front oil seal so need to remove this little gear from the crankshaft.

a big screw driver or pry bar either side. is the end of the crank worn? grooves etc? you may have to polish them off first
