You can get a 1996 on 6 speed BZT corolla wagon with a blacktop
in either AE101 or AE111. They were both in production at the same time.


Nope - they only ever had AE101 Black Top Engines in them. The 1996's had 5 Speed Gearboxes, and 1997+'s had the 6 speed.

The AE101 engine has been tunned to puts out 165 Horse Power (121.36 kw) @ 7800 rpm. So the engine has a little bit more power than the AE101 BZ-G's.

I said 1996 on because I was not 100% sure when the 6 spd's started,
1996, 1997, f all difference but you are right technically.
