no reason why its not possible with the right setup, but would take a bit of tuning to make it worth it imo... would be cool though!

Personally I dont think its worth it. Substancial work in creating a manifold only to see a powerloss at some point in the curve.
It will also cost probably two or three times as much as a set of Blacktop throttle bodies.
If you want cheap, get yourself a set of silvertop TB's and a die grinder.
If you want cheap that works well, get yourself a set of silvertop TB's... and a silvertop head. And while you are at it, replace the rods with silvertop rods, and you may as well retain the silvertop pistons.....mmmm silvertop?
The answer is Helmholtz!

Yes it has been done. TRD used to make a manifold for twin sidedraughts onto 20V.
In terms of simplicity I'd tend to agree with Redmist. Sell your carbs on trademe and use the money to buy the bits that are missing from your blacktop.

What are the sidies?

On a side not I've got some 20V twin side draft manifolds, still haven't had a chance to bolt them up to a head & check clearances etc but I'm guessing they are a TRD copy. Brand new if anyone wants one I'll sell them for what they owe me.
